This Chatham Village residence was purchased from the adjacent church and has gone through an extensive interior and exterior renovation. There were several later porches and additions removed to simplify the site and bring the architecture to the forefront. All the windows, trim and siding were reproduced to historic specification in our Millwork Shop. The Vermont slate roof was added including standing seam copper snow-slides.
