Millerton Estate

Renovations of this mid-federal period farmhouse include upgraded services, new kitchen, custom millwork, flooring, metal roof fabrication, window replacement, new siding, and repainting.

Main Street

Located on Main Street in Chatham is a mixed-use building that is undergoing interior and exterior renovations to the retail and residential spaces. Our in-house Architectural Metal and Millwork Shops are working hand in hand to reproduce the flashing details and woodwork on the façade to match the details from the 1870s. This project will undergo further modifications that you can expect to see next Spring.

Bauhaus

We worked on this residence in 2 phases over the course of several years which includes modification of the original main house and the subsequent master bedroom addition that features a green roof.

Warren Street, Hudson

AG Carpentry was involved with the renovation of this retail space and reconfiguring of the façade including new custom built doorways and lead copper roof at the belt course.

Mercer Mountain Residence

At one of the highest points in Columbia County is a 6,000+ square foot new construction residence whose plans include a wine cellar, in-house theater and sauna. This home can be described as contemporary Victorian meets Martha’s Vineyard and features a unique 4 story tower with an observation deck and library.

Cady’s Hall

Cady’s Hall, stretching from 13 to 21 Main Street in Chatham underwent facade restoration including masonry, woodwork, painting, and awning work to maintain the building’s original intentions. The walkways were removed and replaced with new radiant heat sidewalks.
